§ Mr. PrenticeThe Commonwealth Sanctions Committee recommended that Commonwealth Governments should react urgently to the decision of the Mozambique Government to impose sanctions against Rhodesia by providing immediate financial assistance in either bilateral or multilateral form. The Commonwealth Governments will take their own decisions on the amounts and form of such assistance.
