§ Mr. PrenticeWe hope to negotiate shortly an offer of financial assistance to Mozambique's economy in fulfilment of the undertaking given by Her Majesty's Government at the Kingston Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting last year. As indicated by my right hon. Friend the Lord President of the Council on 4th March, a statement will be made at the appropriate time.
