§ Dr. GilbertThe only such provision is the capital cost of refunding existing debt to pensions schemes under the British Railways (Alteration of Pensions Schemes) Order 1973, which does not rank as public expenditure. Provision is made in Class VI, 3, Programme 6.3, Section A4 of Estimates. The cost in 1975–76 is £34.7 million.
