§ Mr. Moateasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what advice he has given to local authorities with regard to the collection of rates for 1975 due from caravan owners, where difficulties or delays have arisen in the assessment or the collection of those rates.
§ Mr. OakesWhen approached for advice on this matter the Department has 13W advised local authorities that rates due from caravan owners in respect of the year 1975–76 must be collected in accordance with current rating law.
