§ Mr. Sillarsasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish a supplement to the White Paper on public expenditure showing more clearly than the White Paper where finances have been transferred to the SDA from other agencies and how much of the SDA's £200 million five-year budget is actually additional resources.
