§ Mr. Bradfordasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether provisions exist, or are to be introduced, to enable his Department to purchase dwellings which are in areas for which the planning policy is to retain their 730W residential character, but which cannot easily be sold as private residences, due to the increasing number of professional establishments in such areas.
