§ Mr. Steenasked the Secretary of State for Employment when the Springboard Management Committee in association with Task Force will receive a decision on their job creation application submitted 588W on 19th November (ref. CU 164) and acknowledged on 24th November which would create work for young people to insulate old people's houses against cold and run a crèche so that parents can attend adult literacy courses.
§ Mr. Harold WalkerI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that, following discussions with the project sponsor, it is hoped that a decision will be made this week.
