§ Mr. Alec JonesThe information requested is shown in the table below. Estimates of average unrebated local authority rents in Wales have been annualised using details published by the574W Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy. It is not possible to make estimates on this basis for years prior to 1967–68. Average annual debt, maintenance and management charges have been calculated using information given in various issues of Local Government Financial Statistics. These charges can only be readily identified for 1969–70 and onwards, and are not yet available for years later than 1973–74.
