§ Mr. DellA preliminary draft by officials of a consultative document on the aims and scope of company reports was sent to representative organisations for their comments on 9th June. Subsequent articles in the Press generated such interest in this document that I decided to make it more widely available on 23rd June. Copies of the document have also been placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
