§ Mr. Craigenasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he intends that Section 62 of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 will be brought into force in Scotland.
§ Mr. McElhoneAn order is in preparation which will bring Section 62 of the Act into force shortly. The section replaces a similar provision of the Noise Abatement Act 1960.
