§ Baroness LLEWELYN-DAVIES of HASTOEInformation on official aid flows from the USSR in 1975 is not available and is incomplete for earlier years, since the USSR publish figures in respect of only some of the countries to which they provide aid. The table below gives the information for 1973, 1974 and 1975 as far as it is known or can be estimated.
