§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether, in support of the Govment's policy of more open government, he will arrange for all departmental Ministers, when discussing with interested parties Government Bills and proposed legislation, to see that these discussions include Members of Parliament before the Bill is prepared and introduced to Parliament.
