§ Mr. GoldingI understand from the Manpower Services Commission that arrangements already made will ensure that approximately half of the company's available training places are filled this year. The Shipbuilding Industry Training Board and the Training Services Agency are currently examining ways of making maximum use of the remaining spare capacity.
