Mr. Alan WilliamsAt present imports of outward processing textiles into the United Kingdom are controlled under the quotas with supplying countries which cover both direct and outward processed trade. The Community is, however, considering the introduction of Community control of outward processing trade with certain Eastern European countries in-including Yugoslavia, and we are satisfied that the outcome will enable us to maintain effective control of outward processing.
