Mr. Alan WilliamsComplete information from the surveillance licensing system was not available during the first four months of 1976 because of the need to reprogramme the computer to take into account the change on 1st January 1976 of most of the tariff/trade headings on which the system is based. However, figures for surveillance licences issued are now being sent monthly to the textile industry.
