§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisNew proposals for the organisation of scientific guidance and advice to central Government were announced by the Lord Privy Seal in his memorandum to the Science Sub-Committee of the Select Committee on Science and Technology. The memorandum was made public on 27th May and subsequently ordered to be printed on 24th June 1976.
