§ Mr. Litterickasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will publish in theOfficial Report a list of all the codes of rules used by officials of his Department in administering the social security benefits and contributions system; and whether, and if so when, he proposes to make these codes available to the general public or to Members of Parliament.
§ Mr. OrmeI would refer my hon. Friend to the list included in my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Hemel Hempstead (Mr. Corbett) on 1st July.—[Vol. 914, c.285–6]—I have no proposals at present for making these documents available outside the Department.
