§ The Attorney-GeneralPursuant to my reply [Official Report, 10th May 1976; Vol. 911, c. 23], the information sought is as follows:
No charges were reinstated after being dismissed by the magistrates in any of the cases mentioned in the Questions for written answer on 10th May. The total cost to public funds of any criminal case is not ascertainable. The charges on which defendants were acquitted are set out in the following table:
