§ Mr. Andrew F. Bennettasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what progress has been made in his talks with local authorities on boarding out allowances for foster children.
§ Dr. OwenOfficials of my Department will meet representatives of the local authority associations on 15th July. I will let my hon. Friend know what progress is made following this meeting.
