§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Royal Commission had at one time expected to complete its work this year; but, as I said in reply to the hon. and learned Member for Colchester (Mr. Buck) on 28th June—[Vol. 914, c. 24]—the Commission does not now expect to do so until next year. Its report will be published as soon as is practicable after it has has been submitted.
