asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what percentage of the gross national product is represented by agriculture in (a) the United Kingdom and (b) Scotland.

§ Mr. Bishop
The contribution of agriculture to gross domestic product was estimated at 2.7 per cent. for the United Kingdom and 4.1 per cent. for Scotland in 1973.
