§ 54. Mr. Peter Millsasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will bring forward the date for the eradication of brucellosis in Devon to July 1977.
§ Mr. StrangOur experience has been that 1st November is usually the most suitable date for commencing compulsory measures to eradicate brucellosis in new areas. We are prepared, however, to consider representations that because of special circumstances the proposed commencement date for the remaining part of Devon should be brought forward by four months.
