§ Mr. MulleyI assume that the hon. Member has in mind the Medical Research Council's Laboratory Animal Centre, which has advisory and other functions in connection with the supply and husbandry of laboratory animals. The conduct of the Centre is a matter for the Council, who regularly review the work of all their establishments and who tell me that they are satisfied that it is fulfilling these functions.
