§ Mr. MacCormickasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will now introduce legislation to allow fish-farming establishments the same benefits regarding rating as are enjoyed by agricultural establishments.
§ Mr. William RossThe rating system is at present being examined by the Committee of Enquiry into Local Government Finance. It is hoped that the Committee will report shortly. Any changes in the system will be considereed in the light of that report.
