§ Mr. Beithasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will take steps to ensure that tractors used in the fishing industry exclusively for the haulage of boats on and adjacent to the shore and which are not otherwise used on public roads except when being garaged or serviced can be licensed in the same category as agricultural tractors.
§ Mr. MarksWe would welcome evidence in support of the request made by the hon. Gentleman; a point previously made by my hon. Friend the Member for Redcar (Mr. Tinn)—[Vol. 902, c. 1639]. We shall then consider it with due sympathy.
