§ Mr. Michael Marshallasked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will request the EEC Commission to include in its discussions with Japan, regarding voluntary restraint on that country's steel sales to Europe, the consideration that such restraint has not covered the sales 573W of special steels by medium and smaller Japanese producers.
