§ Mr. David Steelasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the provision of defence equipment to the South African Government by the British firm Marconi.
§ Mr. EnnalsOur policy remains to embargo the supply of arms to South Africa in accordance with our international undertakings, as indicated in my right hon. Friend's statement to the House on 4th December 1974. Like any other British firm, Marconi is subject to this policy.
