§ 40. Mr. Roseasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in the interests of national security, he will set up an inquiry into the involvement of the South African Security Agency, BOSS, in the burglary and theft of confidential documents from Moses Garoets, Administrative Secretary of the South West Africa People's Organisation, on 16th January 1976, at the Imperial Hotel, London and the earlier theft from James Macmanus, in addition to the nine breakings in of which details have previously been supplied by the honourable Member for Manchester, Blackley.
