§ Mr. FreesonInformation available relates only to works contracts over £415,000, which are those subject to the advertising procedures of EEC Directive 71/305. Up to 31st December 1975 no central contracting authority appears to have placed such a contract with a company operating from another EEC country. Information concerning local authority contracts has been sought but is not yet available.
