§ The Attorney-GeneralI have formed no expectation. The first step towards completion is for the defendants' solicitors to lodge their bills of costs. None of the three firms of solicitors acting for the defendants has lodged its bill of costs and it is not my duty to press them to do so. The period between the lodging of bills of costs for taxation and their certification by the court is usually about two months.
