asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what representations he has received from the Hampshire County Council about the adverse effect upon that county of his new formula for the distribution of the rate support grant; and what reply he has sent.

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many operatives and professional, clerical and administrative staff were employed by local authority direct labour building departments in (a) April and (b) October 1974 and 1975, respectively, on new housing, other new work, housing repairs and maintenance and non-housing repairs and maintenance.
