§ Mr. Brocklebank-Fowlerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he is now able to announce a firm starting date for the proposed bypass of the villages of West Lynn, Clenchwarton, Terrington St. Clements and Walpole Cross Keys on the A17 in the county of Norfolk.
§ Mr. MarksSubject to the satisfactory completion of the statutory procedures 221W and to the availability of funds, construction should begin in about two years' time and would take a further two years to complete.
