§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisAs my right Friend the Prime Minister said on 29th164W January—[Vol. 904, cc. 311–2]—the Government will review the recommendations made by the Top Salaries Review Body, in December 1974, for Chairmen and Board members of nationalised industries in the light of the policy implications towards higher incomes generally arising from Lord Diamond's Report. The Government are now undertaking appropriate consultations, and a decision on the Top Salary Review Body's recommendations will be taken when these consultations are completed and the policy on higher incomes has been settled.
