Mr. Wm. Ross

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will forward to the Department of Public Prosecutions in Northern Ireland a transcript of the speeches made by Mrs. Mairi Drumm and Mr. Kevin Agnew in Londonderry on Sunday 1st February 1976 with a view to having prosecutions brought under the Incitement to Disaffection Act.

This matter is already the subject of investigation by the Chief Constable who, when his investigations are complete, will report the evidence to the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland for his consideration with a view to criminal proceedings.
