§ Mr. Mike Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Energy (1) whether he has had discussions with the Electricity Council regarding the Government's price restraint scheme;
(2) whether he has had discussions with the British Gas Corporation regarding the Government's price restraint scheme;
(3) whether he has had discussions with the National Coal Board regarding the Government's price restraint scheme.
