Mr. Maxwell-Hyslop

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether in any rules or circulars issued by his Department an applicant for (a) a firearms certificate and (b) a shotgun certificate can find a definition of what does and what does not constitute a "minor traffic offence"; and if he will take action to amend the law to include a definition of a minor traffic offence.

The answer to both parts of the Question is "No". The matter is left to the common sense of the applicant.
