§ Mr. John SilkinMy right hon. Friend will announce his decision on the form and scale of the equalisation scheme for 1976–77 as soon as the statutory consultations on the proposals put to him by the London Boroughs Association are complete. As for the printing and publication of the scheme, I will consider sympathetically my hon. Friend's suggestion.
