§ Mr. Costainasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he is aware of the danger to which approximately 2,000 schoolchildren are subjected because of the heavy volume of traffic in Park Farm Road, Folkestone; and if he will give further consideration to the provision of flashing lamps at the school crossing so that this hazard is drawn to the attention of drivers of heavy goods vehicles not familiar with the road.
