§ Mr. Hayhoeasked the Secretary of State for Transport whether the reference in paragraph 4.15 of his statement on the Greater London Development Plan in October 1975 to the need to improve conditions in the M4–A4 corridor, as recommended by the Layfield Panel of Inquiry, remains Government policy; and whether he will arrange for its incorporation as an amendment in the approved Greater London Development Plan.
