§ Mr. Costainasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he is now able to announce whether the expenditure cuts announced by the Chancellor of the Exchequer will affect the starting dates of the M20 motorway; and if he is able to give a date when the work will commence on the section by-passing the village of Sellindge.
