§ Mr. Luceasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what progress has been made in the talks concerning the research ship "Oil Hunter".
§ Dr. OwenInter-departmental discussions have taken place which will, it is hoped, enable the M.V. "Oil Hunter" to undertake further research work of the type recently proposed early in 1977.
