§ Mr. Graham Pageasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he intends to reprint the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976 and the Poisons (Northern Ireland) Order 1976 so that the explanatory notes thereon which the Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments in their 27th Report last Session (HC 54-xxxviii) described as misleading, may be replaced by notes which do not state that amendments in the law are only minor, since some are substantive.
§ Mr. CarterThe word "minor" was removed from the explanatory notes to the two orders when they were printed in final form. A reprint is, therefore, unnecessary.
