§ Mr. Graham Pageasked the Secretary of State for Transport whether he intends to make amending regulations to the present driving licences regulations, the purport of which the Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments in their 29th Report of last Session stated required elucidation because they made fees payable for a driving test and not, as in the parent statute, for the application for a test appointment.
