§ Mr. MacFarquharasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will give the results obtained from the most recent cost-benefit appraisal of those sections of the M42 motorway not yet built, giving the net present value of anticipated benefits and of construction costs, together with similar information for alternative non-motorway schemes which have been considered as alternatives to the M42.
