§ Mr. StrangMink and coypu farms are already regulated in order to prevent escapes and consequent damage to agriculture. The keeping of foxes other than the red fox is subject to licensing by local authorities under the Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976, whether for farming or other purposes.
