asked Her Majesty's Government:

When use was last made of the provision in Section 30 of the Greenwich Hospital Act which gives the Admiralty the right, subject to the approval of Her Majesty in Council, to make free grants of land (not exceeding 2 acres in any one parish) for public purposes.
