§ Mr. Gryllsasked the Secretary of State for Industry how many meetings there have been between Department officials and representatives of the public and private sector companies with whom he has announced that the Department is engaged in formal discussions on planning agreements; and what progress has been made towards the conclusion of planning agreements as a result of those meetings.
§ Mr. Les HuckfieldA number of meetings have been held in relation to each planning agreement and discussions are continuing. When a planning agreement has been made a statement will be laid before the House.
