§ Mr. CarterThe Finer Committee was concerned with one-parent families in Great Britain and did not consider the special position of Northern Ireland; a202W direct comparison is not possible for every recommendation in view of the differences in law and administrative structure. However, those recommendations which have been implemented in Great Britain have also been implemented to broadly the same extent in the Province.
