Mr. Jim Callaghanasked the Minister of Overseas Development if he will provide the Socialist Republic of Vietnam with long-term credit in addition to the credit support provided to exporters by the Export Credits Guarantee Department.
§ Mr. JuddThe only other possible long-term Government-to-Government credit which we can identify would be capital aid from my Ministry. We have received no request from the Vietnamese authorities to provide major aid of this kind.
