§ Mr. Merlyn ReesDraft guidelines have been prepared for the agency following consultation with interested bodies in Northern Ireland and copies have been placed in the library. The guidelines have been published in draft form in order to provide an opportunity for comment before they are given formal effect under the Industries Development (Northern Ireland) Order 1976.
